OFFERINGS

  • Executive coaching with Mo is offered virtually and is fully tailored to the needs of each coachee. Every engagement begins with a complimentary “discovery” call to align on your objectives and ensure the coaching is the right fit. From there, you can choose from packages of 6 to 12 sessions. Each hour-long session is thoughtfully adjusted to your goals, and a variety of proven frameworks—including Appreciative Inquiry and Intentional Change Theory—are utilized to support your growth.

  • For teams and organizations, we offer group coaching and interactive workshops designed to foster collaboration, trust, and high performance. We’ll start with a fact-finding session to understand your team’s dynamics, strengths, and opportunities. The structure and duration of our engagement will be customized to address your team’s specific needs, ensuring that every session delivers meaningful results.

  • We facilitate leadership retreats and conduct in-depth organizational analyses, available both in-person and virtually. These engagements include thorough pre-retreat preparation, such as interviews and assessments, to ensure we’re focused on the right objectives. Together, we’ll establish clear goals for the retreat or analysis, and I’ll design diagnostic and experiential methods to help your organization achieve lasting impact.

  • We welcome speaking opportunities where experience and theory will be combined to discuss concepts important to leadership, organizational structure, and coaching.
